1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Termination

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that CS Gaming Hub believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, CS Gaming Hub, third parties, or for any other reason at CS Gaming Hub's sole discretion.

3. Purchases and Transactions

3.1 Payment Terms

By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your purchases.

3.2 Delivery of Digital Items

CS Gaming Hub will deliver digital items via the Steam trading system after payment has been confirmed. You must provide a valid Steam Trade URL to receive your items. CS Gaming Hub is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect Trade URLs or Steam trading restrictions.

3.3 Price and Availability

All prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, terminate accounts, or prohibit future purchases for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized payment information, or potential violation of law or these Terms.

4. User Conduct and Community Standards

When interacting with other users on the Site, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or engage in any other behavior that CS Gaming Hub deems inappropriate
• Use language or post content that is offensive, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Promote illegal activities or distribute content that violates any applicable law

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.2 Limited License

CS Gaming Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• Any derivative use of the Site or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant

5.3 Trademarks

The CS Gaming Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS Gaming Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of CS Gaming Hub.

5.4 Third-Party Marks

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by CS Gaming Hub.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Indemnification

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Changes to the Terms

CS Gaming Hub may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion.
