Refund Policy

At CS Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the digital nature of our products (CS2 skins), we have a specific refund policy in place. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
CS Gaming Hub offers refunds under specific circumstances, detailed below. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the digital item has been delivered to your Steam inventory through a completed trade.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
2.1 Non-Delivery of Items
If you have completed a purchase and the CS2 skin(s) have not been delivered to your Steam inventory within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), you may be eligible for a full refund. You must verify that:
- The Steam Trade URL you provided is correct and valid
- Your Steam inventory is public and accessible
- You do not have any trading restrictions on your Steam account
- You did not decline or cancel the trade offer
2.2 Item Discrepancy
If the CS2 skin(s) delivered to you significantly differ from what was described or advertised on our website, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:
- Significant difference in float value (more than 0.02 from what was advertised)
- Different pattern index from what was specifically advertised
- Different wear category (e.g., receiving a Field-Tested item when a Factory New was purchased)
You must report any discrepancy within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) by contacting our customer support team.
2.3 Technical Error
If a technical error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge or duplicate purchase, we will issue a full refund for the affected transaction(s).
2.4 Website Error
If a pricing error or product description error on our website led to your purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at support@csgaminghub.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
- Provide Information: Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item(s) purchased
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.)
- Return of Digital Items: In cases where you have received the item(s) but are eligible for a refund, you will need to return the digital item(s) to us through a Steam trade before the refund can be processed.
- Confirmation: Once your request is received, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days, subject to blockchain confirmation times
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have already received and accepted the digital item(s) and there is no discrepancy with what was advertised
- You changed your mind about the purchase after receiving the item(s)
- You claim you did not authorize the purchase, but the purchase was made from your account
- Market value fluctuations for the purchased skin(s)
- You violated any part of our Terms & Conditions
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase
- You have already traded, sold, or otherwise transferred the item to another user
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Pre-Orders and Upcoming Releases
For pre-orders or upcoming CS2 skin releases, you may request a full refund at any time before the item is delivered to your inventory. Once the item is delivered, our standard refund policy applies.
6.2 Promotional Items
Items received as part of a promotion, giveaway, or bundle may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of the promotion.
6.3 Account Termination
If your CS Gaming Hub account is terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, you may forfeit the right to any pending refunds.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. In certain circumstances, we may offer alternative refund methods:
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement with an equivalent or higher-value item
- Alternative payment method if the original payment method is no longer available
8. Exceptions and Appeals
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If your refund request falls outside the parameters of this policy but you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact our customer support team with a detailed explanation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal the decision, you may submit an appeal to management@csgaminghub.com within 7 days of the denial. Please include all relevant information and any additional evidence supporting your case.
9. Legal Rights
This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is a conflict between this policy and applicable consumer protection laws, your statutory rights will prevail.

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
